Returns & Exchanges.

Shipping is Based on Weight/ Order Value:

  • $4 (>1 lb)

  • $6 (1 lb+)

US Shipping: Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to the destination. If your package says that it has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please give your local post office (not the 1-800 number) a call. They have access to exact GPS coordinates where your driver delivered the package, which can help you locate your package's whereabouts.

Top Knots & Co is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number we are unable to issue a refund of any kind. (We suggest that the customer open a claim with USPS, as this may lead to the locating of a lost package).

International Shipping: When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.

In the unusual event that there is a mistake with your order, please let us know ASAP!

If you'd like to return or exchange an item due to ordering the wrong size, customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please make sure to follow our SIZING GUIDE  when making your purchase. 

Refunds are contingent upon the company's receipt of the unwanted item. 
Exchanges are dependent upon product availability.
