Canada — $13 flat rate
International Shipping, Outside North America — $19 flat rate
Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to the destination. If your package says that it has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please give your local post office (not the 1-800 number) a call. They have access to exact GPS coordinates where your driver delivered the package, which can help you locate your package's whereabouts. Top Knots under no circumstances is responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number we are unable to issue a refund of any kind.
We suggest that the customer open a claim with USPS, as this may lead to the locating of a lost package.
International Shipping: When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.
Easy Peasy Returns & Exchanges
If we make a mistake with your order, send a less-than-perfect Top Knot, or you're just not 100% happy, we will refund your full purchase. Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer care team and we'll complete the return.
If you'd like to return or exchange due to ordering the wrong size, customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please make sure to follow our SIZING GUIDE when making your purchase.
Refunds are contingent upon the company's reception of the unwanted Top Knot. Exchanges are dependent upon product availability.
